Hola Leila!
Here are some short everyday phrases to start off with the basics. Don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you need anymore help!
'Un placer' - a pleasure meeting you. This is written in the most simplest form which actually is often said as 'un placer conocerte BUT the concerte it not really needed unless you want to be super formal and day nice to MEET you. 'Un placer' simply means ' a pleasure or my pleasure' which allows for a more relaxed tone and you will find in most Spanish speaking countries outside of Spain this is the way to go...you will seem more friendly saying it this way.
' Efectivo o credito? Cash or card. Now efectivo translates to effective which literally means something effective and as you may know, cash cannot be tracked that is why it is the simplest most effective way to pay in many parts of the world and very viable. Credito as you can guess is card, no matter what card, including debit.
"Gira" means turn around, turn there, make a turn etc. Just the word turn is all you need to know. Very useful if somebody gives you this direction. To be more specific it would be accompanied by the articulate verb "izquierda" or "derecha" signifying a left or right turn.
"Vamos" let's go, hurry up, come on. Usually very informal.
"Aquí esta" here it is. Esta can be placed at the beginning and at the end of sentences in spanish depending on what you want to say. E.g "esta mala" means she is sick and the "esta" goes before because you ate including a verb right after which you are not including when you say "aqui" aquí is just a present tense that is why esta goes after it. I hope that makes sense?

Hello Leia, hope you are doing great. I'm going to leave here some short easy Spanish phrases that we use almost every single day and hope that you learn from them.
"¡Buenos días!" si es en la mañana.
"¡Buenas tardes!" si es por la tarde.
"¡Buenas noches!" si es por la noche.
"¡Hola!" Es una forma más informal de saludar.
Para despedirnos usamos: "Chao o Adiós".
Tambien usamos "Hasta luego, Hasta pronto, hasta mañana". "Mañana" significa "Tomorrow".
"I'm sorry but I have to leave" in Spanish would be "Disculpa pero me tengo que ir", that's a formal way to say it.
Hope it works for you! Have a great one!
