I am Cynthia, a very passionate, compassionate, and dedicated young lady, who is so enthusiastic, zealous, hardworking, industrious, caring, and respectful. I have so much experience in healthcare and teaching. I love to teach as a hobby, it's something I derive joy in and am fulfilled doing. I am patient and show concern for people. I believe everyone has different methods of understanding and learning; some are slow learners, while some are fast learners.
My teaching methods include: - Reading aloud to those who prefer this method.# - Record screens, audio, and videos so the student can replay them in his or her leisure. - Making the class interactive by demonstrating and using simulations. - Using games, case studies, - Use artificial intelligence and templates. - Encourage them and teach them the technique of self study. - Teach them how to use mnemonics to study, so as to remember. - Doing quiz, debates, problem-solving exercises, and group discussions. - Giving them take home assignments and going through it with them when we meet. - Teaching them according to their understanding and methods of assimilation and capability. - use of power point, slide share, pictures, images, and so on in order to remember. I will encourage them by Preparing an outline of each topic and giving them topics to read ahead of time so they can follow up and ask questions where they don't understand. This will make it easier for them when i am teaching. - Keep them engaged by providing facts, examples and asking relevant questions. - Giving breaks in between and making the classes not to be lengthy to enable more understanding. - encourage them to socialise so as to improve their english and also spend more time to revise.
