For the previous eight years, I had been a primary school teacher, working with students in kindergarten, first, third, and fourth grades. For instance, I engage my students in a discussion of nature, life, earth, space, and physical science using the book Science Fusion (HMH).
My teaching methods are adaptable. My teaching approach combines coaching, activity, and blended learning techniques. To help my students attain their potential, I enjoy challenging them. Since I have a lot of creativity, I included it into my lecture to spark their imaginations and examine areas that required improvement. For instance, because I have a strong enthusiasm for the arts, I develop my own curricula in this area. I use a variety of methods, supplies, and techniques to produce what I refer to as a master work. Since my students enjoy using paint, I mostly employ it in my painting classes. Additionally, I really like to identify a common interest for the majority of the class, so I incorporated this to my lessons to encourage it.
I live by the rule "Show respect to demand respect," thus my students appreciate me for it. I place a high emphasis on respect, so I treat my student respectfully in return for their respect, which I also require of them. In what I love doing, which in this case is teaching, I'm proactive, devoted, and disciplined. For those who truly appreciate what they do and find delight in it, I believe teaching is a rewarding profession.
