I initially trained in remedial yoga with the yoga for Health Foundation in 2000 and 2001 and went on to train in in classical yoga with Friends of yoga in 2003.
I have since trained in Shakti Dance in 2017.
I continue to learn and share my knowledge of yoga with my students and incorporate the principles of yoga into my daily life, as much as possible.
