I have 40 yrs experience of restaurant trade at bistro to 1 star Michelin level.
I passed on my knowledge over the years to many young chefs.
I am passionate about food but more than this, i am very keen on good hygiene first & foremost.
I am 60 years of age next January & have 4 grandchildren so spend a lot of time with them.
I would still like to pass on my skills in a more convenient way if possible.
