Yoga for total beginners!

My aim is to make yoga accessible, trauma informed and give my students the feeling that they are learning and progressing in the way they interact with the minds and bodies after each session.

I am a 200hr Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness coach and training to be a Yoga Therapist.
