I have been practising yoga for the last 10 years and teaching for the last 4, including adults, teenagers and children and both in person and online.
Motivating students through creative, encouraging and fun classes is my motto, while
assisting them to achieve precise alignment and ensuring their safety.
The main styles I teach are Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, with a special focus on pranayama or breath work.
