Our sessions will be primarily based around how we can slowly integrate healthy habits so your fitness journey feels (almost) effortless. We’ll also discuss what you like/don’t like in the gym, any challenges you have or may face and implement small and achievable goals to slowly get you to your dream body.
With over 4 years of experience in the gym and 2 years now of training clients, I’m fairly well equipped with the knowledge to get you to where you want to be. I specialise in body recomposition (taking existing fat and turning it into muscle mass) as I personally feel this is the best way to lose the weight for good and feel better for it!
My weight loss journey had started in 2020 where I wasn’t happy in how I looked or how I felt in my own skin. Through hard work, trial and error and lots of persistence, I got myself to a place where my confidence was booming and I was happier than ever. Since then, I’ve made it my mission to help others feel that same sense of achievement and pride in themselves and carry that forward with them wherever they go!
