I love helping people who are struggling to lose weight. With my autoimmune disease I have put on two stone again. The doctors say I can’t lose it. I know I can. They said it before I proved them wrong. I’ve worked in adult weight management for the NHS and all my patients lost weight. My sessions are never the same and I will help you learn to love yourself and gain a healthier lifestyle.
