I always believed that the road to success is paved with failures, and that dreams in the drawer go mouldy. To that end, in 2013 I took a leap of faith and decided to move to Scotland to follow my dreams.
I now work as an Orthotist in Scotland, a Yoga Teacher and Health & Life Coach part-time, and play softball for the AJs Team in the Glasgow League.
I am a qualified Yoga teacher and I completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course in 2021 and graduated as a Flow Yoga Teacher with Seasonal Yoga in Glasgow. I teach Flow Yoga at all levels and ages in person and via zoom and I also teach Post Natal Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga, Parent and Toddler Yoga in person and Mindfulness-Yoga Nidra online in zoom. In my spare time I love spending time with my toddler, cooking, travelling, blogging and doing horticulture.
I am committed with all my heart to make the world a far better place to live for everyone, and to improving people’s health and lives. I have been told many times that I wear my heart on my sleeve, and bring Italian passion to all my ventures and pursuits.
