Hi, I am a newly qualified yoga teacher with the desire to spread the healing benefits of yoga. I have been practising yoga for 4 years now. My personal practise has allowed me to feel the transformative aspects of the ancient tradition and the resilience it brings to body, mind and spirit. My sequences are creative and I have a fun loving approach to teaching. Expect a strong but steady vinyasa flow that has a good balance of strength and flexibility. I focus on building the mind body connection through pranayama (breathing) techniques and asana the physical aspect of practice. Expect to shed a drop of sweat or two as you are guided through my classes with plenty of opportunity to play around with more challenging forms of asana if you so chose. Fear not as all levels are welcome as I have many variations, options, props and assists up my sleeve to allow a safe space for all bodies to join in the fun. My classes are a place to inspire joy through movement and also ground down using the breath as a foundation. My goal is to enable you to allow your yoga to shine through not only on the mat but in all other aspects of your life too.
