English Tutor with over 5 years experience for students of all ages

Providing tuition to UK students studying all exam boards. This job required me to be a
hard-working and enthusiastic teaching professional with excellent subject knowledge
and motivated individual with a keen interest in inspiring students to love learning and
excel in the subject areas of English Language/ English Literature. Working at Prime
Tuition required a high level of patience and professionalism as the hours were long and
demanded undivided attention to the student’s needs. Undoubtedly, dealing with
children is a challenging and tough job. Lots of effort goes into handling children in big
numbers and providing them with knowledge. Safeguarding is key in this line of work as
it requires an extensive amount of responsibility when dealing with children of all age groups.
Working at Prime Tuition for five years awarded me a senior position at the
company which meant I managed many supervisor roles such as planning future lessons,
using the computer to input information utilizing Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet.
Therefore, a high level of knowledge on navigating a computer was necessary at my role
in Prime Tuition.
Gaining further life experience as a tutor has enabled me to develop transferable skills
for the future. These include communication, organizational and relationship-building
skills.
