I am a caring, empathetic and driven women who's goal in life is to make a difference to the wellbeing of future generations.

I tailor all of my wellbeing services to suit the needs of the individual. I recognise we are all different and learn in various ways. My teaching cater's to all the unique traits of each student. I get to know each person as fully as possible to understand what form of teaching works to meet the requirements of their highest potential. My aim is to recognise what works best and to get each individual as fully engaged as possible in class. As alternative therapies are my passion, I feel that the enthusiasm I have for the benefits shines through in my teachings and encourages the student to learn more.
