I will encourage diminutive activities to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. The aim is to help you create and carry out goals that you have set in an efficient, compassionate, and direct manner.
My previous experience as a student juggling a full-time job whilst studying for a BSc and facing the challenges of a dynamic family life have prepared me for the heavy yet rewarding workforce that is nursing.
However, years later, I still found my postgraduate degree taxing in addition to facing the demanding workforce. Finding balance through life's challenges was no joke! Ultimately, resilience building, stress management, and empathy have become my core values, and these are the tools I will discuss and hope to share with you.
