Lessons and coaching can and will be tailored to your needs and preferences, the aim is for you to get what you want and need from me and experience.
Each person is different and therefore so are their needs, it will be a partnership in which I will learn what best suits you and you will learn what you are seeking to learn.

Coaching;
It will be aimed at helping you reach whatever goals, personal or professional, you have. It will be a space for you to be your honest self without judgement. You set the targets, you set the wants, and together we reach them and learn more about you, how you want to work live and thrive.
Coaching can help you in all aspects of life and having someone who is in your corner, working to help you and support you can be life changing... that is my job. To be in your corner, understand you, support you and to help you flourish.

Lessons;
It will not just be serious and dry it will be interesting fun and hopefully mentally stimulating. I encourage your ideas and opinions and those can be discussed and appreciated.
You will not only learn the content but also also will learn about yourself and how to discuss and engage others in the content of those lessons.
