I am a very experienced teacher and my strength is to motivate students to give their best

I enjoy teaching all ages from 11 to 18 but especially ones who have got demotivated and just need a bit of encouragement to start succeeding and are under pressure to perform. My method of improving students' ability in a subject is to:
Identify the student’s weaknesses/knowledge gaps.
Measure the student’s progress regularly.
Enhance study skills e.g. revision and homework.
Provide exam practice sessions.
Give feedback on the quality of exam answers.
By following the above steps the student will be able to get a job in the career they are interested in or to be able to study further at A Level and University and hence earn more money and have a better future.
I have been teaching since 1993 and in that time I have had the pleasure of working with thousands of students and enabled them to succeed in their studies.
