I am a Personal Trainer with a background in an array of sports such as tennis, dance and gymnastics. During the last 20 years I have experienced all the ups and downs that come with being an athlete, including injury recovery. Experiencing the non-linear nature of sports myself, I decided to venture into personal training and found a passion in helping others succeed in their fitness journey.
With a background in science, my approach to training is methodical and evidence-based to ensure sustainable and efficient training. My style of training blends functional bodyweight training (calisthenics) with weightlifting and mobility work. I will motivate you through the right training regime that is specific to your current state and helps you reach your goals optimally.
