Been a coach for 10+ years, working at various levels, from elite rugby and swimming, and football, to rehab patients, amateur athletes and those trying to lead an healthy lifestyle.

I can offer a few different services, online personal training, in person 1:1 training in a private facility in Salford (at the rate advertised on here) or sessions at your house (using a combination of your exercise kit and mine) for £50 per session.
