I've been teaching since I was 16yo, hip-hop, contemporary, improvisation and floor work are something I'm extremely comfortable teaching to anyone of any age.
I've been working as a professional dancer for 10 years, performing a total of more than 800 performances in theatres across the world.
Fitness, involving body preparation, pilates, yoga and what we could consider "body therapy", is something we're naturally prone to do as dancers.
Depending on the requests of the participants, I would lead a class involving specific exercises considering the person's preferences, in this way we can focus on different part of the body in different séances, working on muscle, flexibility, muscle memory and how to take care of the body.
