After more than 800 performances in theatres across the world and more than 200 classes given to people of all ages, I've accumulated enough experience and knowledge, things that I now want to share to people that need or want a better understanding and a better relationship with body and mind.
We'll be working on body awareness and wellbeing through the use of contemporary dance (involving also movement improvisation) and fitness exercises, aiming and adjusting the class considering your preference.
