Experienced in university-level history courses (specializing in United States and World History)

I am currently a top-scoring International Relations student, which involves an in depth study of modern politics and world history. My degree subject and passion for history give me a unique level of knowledge on the subject. In my lessons, students will be evaluated for their current strengths and weaknesses in the subject. After speaking with the student, reviewing their past work, and providing some small exercises, I will develop a personalized learning plan to target the most important gaps in the student's knowledge. Once this learning plan is curated to match the student's learning style and current level, each lesson will include a review of past lessons, a new historical topic, and a check for understanding. My goal with every student is to help them succeed in their history studies and realize the many fun and exciting aspects of studying history. Furthermore, I hope to show the importance of learning history no matter what subject the student intends to study in the future.
