Business Analyst having experience to deal with people

Dear Whomsoever,
I have worked as a Business Analyst for 3 years, where I was the whole and soul driver of the project, right from Requirement Gathering till the Post Implementation Support. Working from the entire SDLC process has given me a deep inside of each and every node of the project. Following Agile methodology helps you break the project into phases and emphasizes continuous collaboration & improvement.

Achievements include:
 Completed 6 UTCL rollout projects in 6 months with a minimum number of members in the team, where I was the BA as well as the acting Project Manager on site.
 Completed 2 JDP Vedanta Projects which included: 1. Sesa Goa & 2. Cairn India Oil & Gas; both the projects took 6 months+ each to implement the end to end solution, which was I part of since day 1.
 Completed 1 Vasavdatta Kesovram JDP project, which took 6 months+ to implement the end to end solution, which was I part of since day 1.
 Completed 1 ABG Chemicals JDP project, which took 6 months+ to implement the end to end solution, which was I part of since day 1.

Enhanced skillsets:
1. Documentation, making sets of documents such as SFD, BRD, etc.
2. Communication, leading the meetings and understanding the client’s needs. Also, providing them training & UAT.
3. Leader, onsite acting project manager and managing the entire team assigning and completing different tasks successfully.
4. Jira Tool, creating User stories and other ticketing types. Attending Sprint & Kanban calls weekly.
5. Tester, testing each piece of the software even after the tester testing it. E2E testing the entire solution.
6. Advance Excel, play with the data to analyze the data and understand the pattern. Creating charts and graphs.

I have worked in the service industry, where my ex-company provided IT based services. We as a Business Analyst were the liason between the client and the company. Leading meetings and team were my expertise there. Communication with the client and understanding the client needs were a major part of my role.
So, I feel handling students and making them learn the necessity subjects and their respective chapters will not be a very challenging task for me. Maths and Physics are the subjects i would love to teach.
