Ashtanga Yoga / Kundalini / Hatha I can teach in German and English

I have practiced and taught Ashtanga Yoga over 27 years in London. I love working from the ground upwards. My focus is on the breathing system . Sometimes I incorporate elements of the Kundalini Yoga tradition to help strengthen the core and soften the practice with a more feminine pranic flow. I adjust the yoga practice according to my clients needs and aspirations.
