Selene's yin yoga class is a wonderful experience. Her calming presence and warm, welcoming nature instantly put me, a complete yoga novice, at ease. I arrived skeptical, never imagining I'd enjoy yoga, but Selene's gentle guidance and nurturing approach completely changed my perspective. Beyond the unexpected enjoyment, I've noticed significant physical benefits, particularly a noticeable lightening of my lower back discomfort. The focused breathing techniques have also been incredibly effective in calming my busy mind. When the session ends, I simply don’t want to leave. An incredibly wholesome experience.
