Advert description
My approach is humanistic and holistic, supporting clients as full persons rather than just another problem to be solved. This approach also reflects my belief that performance does not happen in isolation and is dependent on the ‘performer’, ie the client. Therefore, wellbeing is crucial as the basis for sustainable, long-term performance. I am trained in person-centred therapy and cognitive-behaviour therapy and I draw from these evidence-based modalities to support my clients' growth and development, helping them achieve their maximum potential.
Life coaching sessions tend to vary from students to students, but can involve teaching skills to enhance academic performance, overcoming problems or difficulties, or just having a safe, non-judgemental space for students to talk and to have for themselves.
