I am an experienced performance psychologist offering online life coaching sessions. My approach is humanistic and holistic, attending to clients as full persons rather than just another problem to be solved. This approach also reflects my belief that performance does not happen in isolation and is dependent on the ‘performer’. Therefore, wellbeing is crucial as the basis for sustainable, long-term high performance. I am trained in person-centred therapy and cognitive-behaviour therapy and I draw from these evidence-based modalities to support my clients' growth and development, helping them achieve their maximum potential.
The content of sessions can vary between clients due to the person-centred nature of my practice, but usually involve developing and learning skills to enhance performance, exploring and overcoming difficulties and problems or just having a safe, non-judgemental space for clients to talk and have for themselves.
