I came to yoga initially as a means of navigating a constantly-busy brain but fell in love with the physical aspects of the practice. I eventually trained to teach with YogaLondon on their RYS-certified 200 hour training in 2018 and have also completed a 60 hour Yin training with Sampoorna Yoga. I have since taught yoga in a leisure centre environment and currently volunteer, teaching a number of styles of yoga in a hospice and at a centre for people affected by cancer. I regularly teach public Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Chair Yoga Classes. In a private setting, I tailor my lessons to individual needs, combining breath work, mindfulness and postures dynamically to improve individual well-being.
