Each 60-minute class will incorporate the traditional teachings of Hatha yoga. Combining gentle joint movements, moving to the pace of your own breath, repetitive movements targeting specific areas of the body; deep, slow restorative stretches and always finishing with a guided deep-relaxation journey. Each session will include some breathing exercises and simple meditations to deepen the state of calm and relaxation, but with the main focus being on strengthening and healing the physical body. Every session is tailor-made to suit the client’s needs and all ages, abilities, physical and mental conditions are welcome.
