Chef of 20 years,
I have worked in all aspects from small cafes to Michelin star restaurants dealing with most culinary area.
Primarily favouring Pasta and fish in a Mediterranean infusion aspect.
Now wishing to teach the new line of potential chefs the tips of the trade and help learn the aspects of being in catering, but also happy to train students that just wish to learn how to make good tasting food with what ever is at hand in the cupboard.
