-Hello! Great to meet you. My names Craig! I'm 28 years old, and just about to become a dad for the first time!
I have spent 13 years mastering my craft, mainly in 1 or 2 Michelin star restaurants. But I've also spent a little bit of time as a private chef. I'm currently the Head Chef at a 3 rosette restaurant in the cotswolds.
My main cooking style has been very much moulded by the chefs I've worked for, mainly influenced by Tommy Banks, Michael Wignall and David Everitt Matthias, so it's largely about using local/british/wild ingredients, and cooking them in multiple different ways to create dishes & meals that are little bit different to your average dinner at home, but of course super tasty!
However, I've had a fairly diverse career, and i like to think of myself as pretty humble and down to earth, so if there's anything in particular you'd like to learn, just ask! If it's not something I've spent time doing over the years, I'll be sure to let you know!:)
