Geography Tutor (teaches students of all ages)

I am a university graduate with experience tutoring geography alongside all stages of my academic life. Graduating this summer with first class honors in Human Geographies (accompanying an A* in both A level and GCSE geography), I uniquely understand both the curriculum content and common barriers to students unleashing their full potential.

The combination of my young age and subject expertise makes for motivating lessons that drive students toward challenging goals, fostering a level of rapport and student engagement unreachable by the average 'tweed elbow patch' stereotype.

I teach in a professional but enthusiastic manner, setting challenging but achievable learning objectives and working together with students to achieve them. Each student learns differently, and I therefore seek to adapt teaching methods toward how each student learns best, be it visual, auditory, reading, writing etc.

My lessons initially target understanding of curriculum content, as well as revision methods to commit this to memory. Critically, I ensure students understand and are comfortable navigating and understanding exam questions, ensuring abilities to succinctly formatting answers to maximize marks gained.
