Motion MTB Coach - helping recreational exercisers through to elite athletes

I believe I’m a great fit for the business due to my experience in personal training, sports massage therapy and competing as an elite athlete.
I’m a Elite GB Cross Triathlete (swim/ XC MTB/ trail run), now turned Expert XC MTB racer demonstrating my knowledge and experience of performance and recreational sport. To support this I am a Brand Ambassador for a range of cycling companies listed in my CV, directly engaging with their customers and target audience both physically and on social media.
I work in a dynamic environment, across multiple businesses at once and am used to delivering at pace. Engaging with clients in various ways; from treating injuries with massage, to doing strength training in the gym and skills coaching on the mountain bike. I also deliver workshops on specific subjects within these areas to a range of different exercisers.
All of the above is underpinned by a genuine passion for bikes and an understanding of the market, as both a consumer, professional and brand ambassador. Understanding the challenges that both consumers and brands are facing in a competitive market, where trends are rapidly changing as both the competitive and recreational sides of the sport and fitness industry evolve.
