My name is Tom and I have been a fully qualified Personal Trainer since Jan 2018.
I specialise in weight loss (having lost 7 stone myself), but have also work with marathon runners, martial arts clients, individuals with rehab and endurance cycling athletes to name a few.
My coaching approach is to educate you throughout our sessions in how to not only achieve your goal, but also how to achieve sustainable results.
Nutrition will play a large part in our time together - you need to fuel yourself correctly inline with your goal!
