I have helped over 50 people accomplish their fitness goals in the past year through 1-1 methods, I have also helped guide 1000s people online through my social media accounts such as tiktok, snapchat, instagram and Facebook by making and posting videos that showcase tips, methods and tricks specific to fitness and nutrition. I can show you my social media accounts if you would be interested. I am also qualified as a level 2 fitness instructor and level 4 nutritionist. Im currently revising for my level 3 practical test.
I help people achieve their fitness goals within 12 weeks through personalised workout schedules, meal plans, shopping lists, and teach adequate rest and recovery, I put an emphasis on hard work and good rest and help my clients reach new goals by motivating them and teaching them methods and training styles that allow them to progress consistently. I teach good nutrition but not boring nutrition, I like to guide my clients on their diet but don't give them unrealistic meal plans that are boring and likely to fail.
I teach people proper form through online tutorials and videos and proper warm up and cool down exercises, with stretching to avoid injuries.
