Session 3 - Planning your journey
Here, we start to plan the route to success, looking at where you are now and what will come in the future.
While doing this, we start to uncover the things holding us back, and this is the opportunity to shift your mindset toward success
At this stage, you will set your first action!
Session 4 - Check in & more planning
A retrospective is carried out by you on your first action! How did you do? Did you achieve?
We can then readjust if needed, check the goal still works for you, and plan further actions.
Session 5 - More check in & planning
As Session 4
Session 6+ - Rinse & Repeat
As Session 4 & 5 until we reach the goal!
This is your journey and you set the pace. We end the coaching course once you have achieved your goal...
The sessions will be tailored to your needs and style.
Some sessions may require some reflection between sessions, or activities.
