As someone who has navigated both academic and professional challenges, I understand the overwhelm that can come with balancing your studies, career ambitions, and personal life. During my own journey—from completing my undergraduate degree nearly a decade ago to returning to university for a master’s during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic—I've experienced similar feelings. It was through the support of friends, family, therapy, and professional coaching that I regained clarity and confidence. Now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
