I am an empathetic coach, leader, and thought partner and firmly believe that everyone has the potential to unlock greatness with the right coach by their side.

Throughout my career, I have undergone and shaped transitional change, often with high adversity. For e.g. changing roles every 2 years, redundancies, relocations, navigating ambiguity, changes of leadership, promotions and career shifts. While these all provided new opportunities for growth, these experiences all came with its challenges, and at times tested my self-belief and capability. 

I owe a lot of my success to great coaches who believed in my potential and believe my academic and professional experience can make a big impact to others.
