My lesson structure varies based on competency as I cater to beginners and those who consider themselves proficient in the kitchen alike.

My teaching format comprises hands on tuition using practical lessons where students will learn to cook / bake in real time with me to produce dishes fit for a king! All skills levels a taken into account so no one is left behind.

All students will receive easy to follow recipe guides hand written by myself to take home where they can follow my instructions at home as well as in classes, guides are written so even the most inexperienced person can easily whip up a delicious and nutritious meal in no time at all.

I have over 20 years experience cooking and baking as a domestic housewife and since 2015 I have established my own online cake baking / decorating business.
