My passion is supporting people on a journey to rediscover with the treasure (resources, gifts and confidence) that lies within each and every one of us – and providing accountability to take inspired action.

As well as being a qualified (and experienced) life coach and NLP practitioner, I consider myself a mentor – teaching a ‘user manual for the mind and body’ and thus supporting people to learn tools to successfully and elegantly navigate this crazy and often challenging experience called life.

I have experience of writing and delivering interactive workshops on a range of topics including (but not limited to) communication (including NVC), rapport, team-building and authentic connection, empowerment/stepping into your power, NLP/reframing, mindfulness/meditation, laughter yoga, goal setting (including accountability), Motivational Interviewing, mind-body interaction (managing stress/anxiety/depression/anger - I used to be an osteopath before I got more interested in the mind), mediation and conflict resolution.

I have over a decade of experience in supporting people from a variety of backgrounds to achieve wonderful results, and to reconnect with a sense of purpose and meaning.
