Hello, my name is Romi Perez, I am a teacher with more than 25 years of experience, 10 years teaching Spanish, i have been working online since 2019. I started as a volunteer when i was 16, I was working with kindergarten children, at the age of 18 I had my own group and i had the same group for 4 years, I was teaching English to them and they learned the language, they remember my lessons as fun ones, all of them remember me and they are successful adults. I started teaching Spanish when I was 19 to the tourist in town, then got a job in a school for foreigners. I left to Europe at the age of 22 and there I taught Hawaiian dances, that was my hobby in Mexico for many years, until i was good enough to teach in Barcelona for 4 years. I returned to Mexico and I went back to the school I was teaching before, of course they welcomed me back. After I got a job in a School of Spanish for foreigners where I worked for 4 years until covid hit and i started working freelance online.
I really enjoy my job and sharing our culture.
I have students that started from scratch and now they talk and have fun conversations in Spanish.
I have knowledge of the international programme A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, i really enjoy teaching the use of pronouns, past tenses and subjunctives.
For me it was very hard to learn English so I am very patient to my students because I know how hard it can be to learn another language.
