I would describe myself as positive, enthusiastic, happy, funny, my lessons are more aimed at KS4 students.

I already teach KS4 students and what I do is more engaging with them, I have a PowerPoint with funny sounds comparisons and just attracting for students who are their age, after each lesson I make them close their books and tell me what they have learn, I sometimes send them a small sheet of exercises related to the topic, the following lesson I would ask questions about the previous one to see if they remember.
