My lessons will be focused on what you need to learn and improve on. We will analyse specific books and poems and each lesson will be spilt into two parts; focusing on the literature then the language. We will go through the more complex terms used in language at a level and also how to make sure you incorporate equally the language and literature into your essays. We will write examples paragraphs and essays and really break it down to show what elements are needed to get a good grade. I can offer minimal support with NEAs as it is independent based, but I can run through my own and how to structure it more efficiently and what aspects to incorporate into your work. The works of Duffy, Paris anthology, The Great Gatsby - revcreative writing, A Streetcar named desire, Frankenstein. These are the novels, plays and poems which I can provide the most support in. I will run through exam papers and really break down the question so that it becomes easier to understand and to ensure you are answering the question at the level the exam board requires.
