I value the consistent work you do by showing up and practising yoga and I aim to teach the content in a way that allows you to feel confident in growing yoga lifeskills. Use these skills on and off the mat and feel the benefit in your day to day life.

Every one is welcome and treated with respect and dignity. There are no expectations, this isn't a competition or forum to impress. Rather a secure space to tune in, slow down and notice where you are, counteracting the speed of the world we live in. No matter what stage, age or level of fitness you currently at come along and try this out and notice the difference body and mind on the days you do and the days you don't practise. I look forward to meeting and getting to know you.
