I am a Transformational Yoga and Vinyasa Teacher with 12 years of practice within the healing arts. With training in body-centred coaching, Reiki mastery, and transformational yoga, I have designed a bespoke experience which utilises breath, sound, and movement to quiet the mind and bring you back to your clear centre.

By using the ancient tools of yoga in conjunction with contemporary coaching models, we can work together to break through limiting beliefs and old programming of the thinking mind to access new inspiration, desirable beliefs, and action grounded in your body’s energy.

I can tailor sessions to individual therapeutic or coaching needs, bringing body-centred coaching tools and Reiki for those wishing for the deeper guidance and clarity that yoga can bring to our lives. I also teach self-chi massage, kundalini meditation, and facilitate intuitive somatics work.
