I work with women who often struggle with their body image and confidence all surrounding the gym. They want to change how they feel and look but are too nervous to step into the gym. That’s where I help them, I work with them individually or with friends to overcome this fear and get them use to the gym surroundings, how to use the equipment, what muscles groups there are and how to work them and most importantly we chat and make the sessions fun!

I love having regular clients who come every week without fail and are excited to have their sessions, as well as that it’s also rewarding to see ladies who feel confident enough to step into the gym on their own and use the equipment effectively. It’s always nice to see the women who you’ve taught take everything they have learnt and use it everyday.
