I have experience training both young adults, working on building muscle and endurance training, all the way up to the older generation, working on balance, maintaining muscle and flexibility. Whether it’s HIIT training you’re looking for, a strength building programme, endurance training or balance & flexibility, I am ready to help you start or continue your fitness journey. Have you tried a gym before and been bored after 3 visits? Not a problem! I can your adapt your programme on a regular basis, but still making sure to hit all of your training goals, so you’ll never do the same workout. If something doesn’t feel right with your programme I am more than happy to adapt it for you so you can get the best possible results. As well as my BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports and Fitness, I also have my Level 2 Fitness instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications, which help me to help you! I have me Level 2 Nutrition qualification so I can also aid you with your nutrition, which in turn will have a positive knock on effect within the gym and your fitness goals. I have previously trained small groups (up to 5 people) as well as 1-2-1 so if you and a friend(s) want to train together, you will always be more than welcome. We will do an induction and fill out some health and well-being forms to start your fitness journey. This will help me to create a personal training programme- just for YOU.
