I have been going to Angie’s yoga classes in person and online for years and I absolutely love them. Angie’s classes reach the muscles that other classes just can’t reach! The balance between strengthening and stretching is just perfect. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and after each class I feel relaxed yet energized. I always look forward to the next class!
