With over two decades of personal Yoga practice and a professional background in education and holistic well-being, I combine expertise in multiple styles of Yoga, notably Hatha, Kundalini, Restorative, Somatic, and Yin. I'm also influenced by other areas in which I work, including Hypnotherapy, Meditation, Pilates and Reiki.
My teaching is rooted in a compassionate, somatic, therapeutic approach, focusing on stress release and on establishing a harmonious connection between body and mind. I'm dedicated to creating a nurturing and inclusive space in which you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate lasting resilience and tranquillity.
