Of course you should prepare some questions yourself and ask yourself in the mirror. Some examples would be: hello, when was your last job? What is your work experience? What What knowledge do you have? Why would you like to work with us?Don't worry, you can do it.Animos ya veras que todo te dale bien .. practica las posibles preguntas

Try to anticipate the common question
Prepare answers for typical interview questions in Spanish, such as:
"Cuéntame sobre ti." (Tell me about yourself.)
"¿Cuáles son tus fortalezas y debilidades?" (What are your strengths and weaknesses?)
"¿Por qué quieres trabajar aquí?" (Why do you want to work here?)
"Háblame de una vez que enfrentaste un desafío en el trabajo y cómo lo resolviste." (Tell me about a time you faced a challenge at work and how you resolved it.)

Hi Miranda,
That’s fantastic!
My advice is to trust your Spanish level, and be honest about what you can offer to the company and what you hope to achieve by working there. Highlight your ability to bring a fresh perspective and new ideas because of your experience in your home country. Also, enjoy the process! Don’t worry too much—Spanish work environments may seem tough at first, but when it comes to interviews, people usually create a friendly atmosphere. I’m sure you’ll do great!

Hi, the most important thing is to try to guess in advance the questions, so you can have the answers ready and will not have to translate in your head the ideas, also be prepare to understand those questions correctly, there are many blogs that might help you online, good luck!

Short and concrete answers are a clue. They will probably ask about your plans for the near future, your work experience and your motivations to apply for this job. Be ready with specific answers showing your strengths

The Spanish language is a welcoming language, so it means that 99% of the time Spanish speakers are programmed to welcome anyone that wants to communicate their ideas with them, no matter how. Good news for you they won't focus on your mistakes, but instead they'll be happy to be able to share job ideas with you!

Hi,
First of all keep calm, keep your smile all the times. Normally spanish people speak fast so the only thing you have to say is: Please speak slow. And from your part search some jokes or phrasal verbs to keep the conversation more fluent. The spanish people are very open and they understand that it's not your tongue language so we interactuate with you.
Best luck

Hi Miranda! I hope you are doing well. It’s completely normal to feel nervous before an interview, especially in a different language! but don't worry I can help you with some tips:
1.Prepare key vocabulary related to your field and the position you’re applying for and use simple language.
2.Prepare and practice common questions.
3. Practice the interview with a friend who speaks Spanish (this will help you to be more fluent).
4. Take your time when speaking: Remember that speaking clearly is more important than speaking quickly (This will help you to have a good and clear pronunciation)
Remember to stay positive and remind yourself of your qualifications and strengths. You can do it!

Congratulations on the interview Miranda! Some tutors have mentioned it already but I believe it is never too bad to refresh: Spanish is a very warm and welcoming. Not even in a job interview it becomes a hostile, cold or fussy language. Be honest when communicating your level of Spanish and try to be clear if your intention is to improve it. I am sure you will do great. Trust in yourself and good luck!

It depends on what type of interview it is. I would try to predict what sort of questions they will be asking, work out your responses in your mother tongue, then translate them into Spanish and PRACTIVE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE, perhaps out loud in front of a mirror, so that all the vocabulary and grammar is firmly in your brain. That way you can concentrate on coming across well, without having to worry about the language. I wish you good luck! Karen

Hi Miranda! I recommed that you practice a few times before the interview, this will give you more confidence! Stick to the vocab you already know, don't try to use new words to make it sound "more interesting". Wish you all the best! Good luck!
