I will support pupils in respect of local and national learning strategies literacy , numeracy . I appreciate and support the learning development.I encourage the interactive lessons as appropriate in group or one to one class. I promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils. I am willing to establish good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding appropriately to individual needs
